Featuring a minimalist and symmetrical design, the HUAWEI MatePad Pro is equipped with a stunning 10.8-inch 16:10 ultra-wide 2K HUAWEI FullView Display, all packed in an ultra slim bezel measuring just 4.9mm thin. The HUAWEI MatePad Pro features the world’s highest tablet screen-to-body ratio at 90 percent for an immersive multimedia experience. Smoother and Stunning Visuals for an Immersive Experience

Engineered to deliver outstanding, fluid visuals and improved responsiveness, the HUAWEI MatePad 11 is the first-ever Huawei tablet to support a 120 Hz refresh rate. For example, users can anticipate a smoother browsing experience when they zoom in or our various content. With a higher refresh rate than other tablets in the market, users can immerse themselves in sharper graphics for high frame rate videos and games or scroll through pages effortlessly.

More than its fast refresh rate, users can immerse themselves in vibrant and accurate colour display with its DCI-P3 colour gamut feature. Like the HUAWEI MatePad Pro, the HUAWEI MatePad 11 is built to be gentle on users’ eyes while working on the tablet for hours. The tablet has earned the professional certifications by TUV Rheinland Labs[4] on its minimal harmful blue light exposure.

Designed as a well-rounded tablet, the new HUAWEI MatePad 11 also delivers immersive audio experiences with the quad-channel large-amplitude quad-speaker system. The powerful built-in speaker system delivers room-filling, immersive sounds for any audio content. The sound system is designed with and tuned by the expert audio engineers at Harman/Kardon, ensuring that the sounds produced by the speakers are faithful to their source material.

HarmonyOS Provides New Tablet-PC Multi-screen Collaboration Experience

As one of the first Huawei devices to feature HarmonyOS, the HUAWEI MatePad Pro and Mate Pad 11 offers an incredibly intuitive experience with an arsenal of tools that are designed to help users maximise productivity.

On the new HarmonyOS Home screen, users will not only find their most frequently used apps, but also their recently used apps all located in the Bottom Dock for easy access. New Service Widgets[5] can display real-time information, and allow users to quickly and conveniently access certain app features without even launching the apps. These widgets can be placed anywhere, and are also fully customisable for users to personalise their device according to their preferences.

The distributed technology that serves as the foundation of HarmonyOS enables the HUAWEI MatePad Pro to support Multi-screen Collaboration between the tablet and a PC[6] and comes in three different modes:

  • Mirror Mode: Projects the PC screen onto the MatePad 11 which instantly transform the tablet into a drawing pad for quick sketches and delicate calligraphy works.[7]
  • Extend Mode: Turns the MatePad 11 into a second screen for more screen space. Office workers can take advantage of Extend Mode and get a second screen for the PC, enjoying even more screen space for working.
  • Collaborate Mode: Enables true cross-platform interactions by enabling users to transfer text, images and documents between connected devices with a simple drag and drop function.

Both tablets support the Smart Magnetic Keyboard[8] which can easily be connected via Bluetooth and be transformed into a portable desktop PC. The vegan leather keyboard folio features a 1.3mm key travel distance for comfortable typing while the Shift key doubles as a toggle for Huawei Share, providing quick access to the Multi-screen Collaboration feature.

Write and Draw Effortlessly with Upgraded HUAWEI M-Pencil (2nd Generation)

To complement both the HUAWEI MatePad Pro and MatePad 11, Huawei offers the improved HUAWEI M-Pencil (2nd Generation), sold separately. With 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, tilt support[9] and a tip made of a unique composite material, users can expect incredible accuracy, responsiveness and sensitivity from the pencil for an overall better drawing experience.

The new HUAWEI M-Pencil (2nd generation) supports a breadth of innovative interaction features including HUAWEI FreeScript, which transforms handwritten content into machine-encoded text in real time as well as double-tap to switch, Instant Shape, Instant Table and more.
