DJI Launches DJI Pocket 2

DJI launches the DJI Pocket 2. It is an upgraded version of the DJI OSMO Pocket that was launched almost 2 years ago. It has a better sensor, more accessories package in, and a price that will not break the bank.

Seems like DJI has been listening to the feedback since the launch of the DJI OSMO Pocket 2 years ago. What is missing from the first edition can be found on the DJI Pocket 2.

For example, it has a tripod mount accessory, a wider recording angle, a mini control stick that comes with the package.

The DJI Pocket 2 retail price is USD385 and here is what’s in the box.

And as with other DJI products, it always has another combo that has even more accessories. Meet the DJI Pocket 2 Creator Combo.

It has the necessary tools that a creator needs. For example, a mini tripod, a wide-angle lens, and DJI wireless microphone transmitter.

This Creator Combo is retailed at USD535.

What I think DJI has done right is that most of the accessories can be stored in DJI Pocket Cover that is provided.

For some of you, like me, who had bought the DJI Osmo Pocket previously, you might be curious what are the differences between the two.

Overall, it has a better sensor and other upgrades that is on par with the current technology. What I think is missing is the battery life. DJI has not improved it in this version. It is still using the same capacity battery that, in my opinion, is not enough.
