With Apple 27th Jan Event drawing closer, more information (or rumors) are being transmitted via the net on what to expect. One of the talking points is always the iPhone. Will there be a new iPhone? In my opinion, I do not think so. I think an upgrade on the OS is more possible. Here are some rumors on the features that may appear on Apple iPhone OS 4.0 (Beta iPhone OS 4.0 SDK has been provided to developers).

According to source, the new features includes (summary from Gizmodo’s post):-

• Multi-touch gestures OS-wide.
• Multitasking.
• Graphical and UI changes to make navigating through the OS easier and more efficient.
• Available for only the iPhone 3G and 3GS.
• New syncing ability for the contacts and calendar applications.

That is it! Sounds to me like a wishlist from every iPhone users. Hopefully, it will become a fact from 27th January. 🙂
