Engadget has updated its review on Google Phone, Nexus One. Overall, they love the phone and saw that the camera is a big improvement from HTC. I think they should be the same as the one on HTC HD2. Anyway, I agree totally that HTC has done a good job on the camera. Remember to see the comparison (in terms of loading speed) between the iPhone, Nexus One and HTC Hero.
