HTC Introduced SLCD to Desire and Nexus One and Future Devices
Received the official announcement from HTC. HTC will be using SLCD (Super LCD Display) for a variety of HTC phones later this year. This is inline with the news in June that HTC may be facing AMOLED shortage. Based on the news, SLCD has better battery performance and viewing angle.

HTC Sense May Still Continue in Windows Phone 7 and Android 3.0
