Surprise, surprise. HTC was slap with a lawsuit of over 20 patent infringement by Apple. I guess this action caught HTC by surprise. From Engadget updates, the lawsuit targets more on Android. As for Windows Phone, Apple is targeting at the DSP used in them.
Windows Phone Users May NOT Get Upgraded to Windows Phone 7 Series Afterall
I hope this is not true. However, with sites claiming that this information came from Microsoft rep means that it might be the end of the road for Windows Phone users who were waiting (im)patiently for an upgrade to Windows Phone 7 Series.
No Flash for Windows Mobile 7, Really
