Through My Property, users can access an estimated property valuation, view recent transactions and listings nearby, monitor buyer interest in similar properties, and receive updates as market conditions change.
The feature also connects homeowners with recommended agents and property assessments when they’re ready to explore selling. To celebrate the launch, homeowners who check their property value through My Property will stand a chance to win from an $88,000 prize pool, making it the perfect time to gain deeper insights into their property’s potential.
Simply checking their home value through My Property earns homeowners an entry into the lucky draw, with an additional entry for those who turn on their notifications.
Across the campaign, prizes range from $1,000 to $15,000, with winners announced weekly.
