The person in the video is from TechRadar and seems to be in some Samsung office or event area.

What is interesting in this video is the features of the phone. Looks like one of the three cameras in the Galaxy S10+ is a wide angle lens and Samsung has added reverse Wireless Charging to it. Previously, Huawei is the one that started the this Reverse Wireless Charging feature or trend.
And in the video, you can see that the Samsung wireless earbuds can also be charged using the reverse wireless charging.
