Remember this post? I was wrong. The new Nokia 3310 is coming to Singapore after all but in 3G version. In February when HMD Global announces the new Nokia 3310, it only comes in 2G. However, In Singapore, we actually cease 2G service from April 2017. Therefore I concluded that Nokia 3310 will not be here.
Now, in September 2017, HMD Global announces that they will launch the Nokia 3310 in Singapore but in 3G version.
It will come in four colors – yellow, warm red, azure blue, and charcoal and will be available from October 2017 onwards.
Pricing wise, it will be less than S$100, according to source. For those who could not forget about the snake game in their old Nokia phones, it will also come with it (in color version).
And for those who want to get off Social Media, this might be the best phone around. With a battery standby time of about a month, you will not need to search for a charger every day.
