Bosch Experience Centre Reopens with New Look
An immersive experience now awaits customers
SINGAPORE, December 16, 2016 – Bosch Home Appliances unveiled its revamped Experience Centre today, that is set to elevate the customer experience. Designed in a contemporary home setting, the 4,000-square-feet Centre now offers customers the opportunity to immerse themselves and interact with the latest Bosch home appliances and state-of-the-art technologies.
Staying Relevant to Customers
“The new Bosch Experience Centre is aimed at bringing the user experience to life,” said Chua Leng Leng, Director of Marketing at BSH Home Appliances.
“Through converting the area into a home setting, customers will be able to see, feel, touch and operate our appliances to get a better sense of how these can fit in with their own living spaces”.
First established in 2010, this is Bosch Experience Centre’s first major overhaul, and aimed at catering to an evolving homeowners market, who are now placing greater importance on multi-functionality and convenience.
Featuring the Latest Bosch Home Appliances
Through an interactive product showcase accompanied by demonstrations, visitors to the new Centre will be able to experience the latest Bosch home appliances that address the needs of virtually every home.
Some of the groundbreaking products featured at the Centre include the revolutionary Series 8 Ovens – which feature 21 innovative technologies such as highly-sophisticated sensors, as well as the Downdraft Stainless Steel Hood – a concealable, compact downdraft ventilation that is an exclusive product only available at the Centre. The Centre also houses essentials ranging from multifunctional kitchen gadgets to washers and dryers.
Providing an Immersive Home Experience
At the revamped Centre, visitors will be taken through an immersive home journey, guided with personalised consultation every step of the way.
At the heart of it is a live, open-concept kitchen, which is now equipped with interactive display monitors. From hobs to hoods, customers can explore the fullyfunctional
culinary studio at their own pace, while testing out each appliance at its dedicated, homely environment.
Located on Level 4 at the Robert Bosch Building at Bishan Street 21, the new Bosch Experience Centre will be a destination of inspiration for architects, designers, developers and homeowners. The Centre will continue to be a hosting ground for one-on-one product demonstrations, culinary classes with brand ambassadors and exclusive events.
