HTC announces (this morning – Singapore time) the HTC Desire EYE, touted as a selfie phone with its 2 13-MPX cameras (Front and Rear), and also announced the HTC RE Action Camera that has a super unique shape.
HTC Desire EYE
The easiest way to describe HTC Desire EYE is that it is like a HTC One (M8) without the metal body, with two 13 MegaPixels camera (front and back) and is lighter than HTC One (M8) with waterproof protection.
After looking through the highlights of the specs, I think it is more like a HTC Butterfly 2 with two 13MPX cameras.
HTC RE Camera
The look of the RE Action Camera reminds me of a periscope. It has a unique shape that HTC thinks that it is easier to hold. In terms of action, I am not sure if it will be simple. Anyway, there is no price availability yet but it will be available in November (not sure which region).
