His father saw this gift since he was young. And as he gets older, his father turns it into a business for him. Just get an appointment with Brad for fee, he will visit you and build something that you hesitate to do. Here is a video of him in action.

According to his dad, he is doing it for the fact that he loves to build. The money is not going to get him rich. However, it does help him to instill a sense of accomplishment after the job.
