Beware of scam emails impersonating SP Services

Written by Joe Teh on January 22, 2014

SP_LogoSP Services had made a police report about some scam emails that were randomly sent out on their behalf. It has warned anyone that had these email NOT to click on the link view their electricity bill.  It was not stated what will happen when you clicked it.

Anyway, the scam emails are random and even if you do not have SP Services account, you might get it. From the Straits Times,

It assured customers that the scam e-mails did not result in any unauthorised access into their system and all utility accounts and personal information has not been compromised. FYI.

If you have a copy of the scammed email, do share with us 🙂 .
