Klout has done an overhaul and over the days/weeks, you should see changes. One of the most significant changes will be the scoring system. According to Klout CEO and Co-Found, Joe Fernandez, it is one of the most comprehensive and accurate model ever released.
One of the features that you might notice will be Moments. A moment is a social media post that has generated action from the people in your networks.
