Maps has become a serious business. With Apple coming up with their own maps, Google Maps being compared with Apple’s, Microsoft Bing Maps has become the next talking point with the addition of 165TB of new imagery to the previous 129TB (in total).

This release features imagery over North America, South America, Africa, Australia, Europe and Asia. The total area covered in this data release is nearly 38 million square kilometers.
