A few months again, Skype was made available to a limited number of devices. Today, Skype is available for download for any Windows Phone that has version 7.5 and above.

Although it still have some limitation (like inability to receive calls when Skype is not running), it is still a good start. Hopefully by Windows Phone Apollo, it will be integrated nicely into the phone OS.
