Google Announces Ice Cream Sandwich the Next Gen Android

It is Google I/O time and Google has good news. They are combining Google Honeycomb and Google Gingerbread into one OS that they called Google Ice Cream Sandwich.

So, it seems that Google is taking similar road like iOS, where one OS rules the tablet and mobile. This should be the way. Anyway, there are not much details now. From Google I/O (thanks to Engadget), I can see Google’s ambition to integrate many devices like Laptops, Tablets, mobile phone (from different manufacturers)  to use the same Google Ice Cream Sandwich OS.

Of course, Q4 seems a little far away. Right now, we should be contented with their newly announced Honeycomb 3.1 for tablet 🙂
