This might be the successor of NEX-3 which has been discontinued even though NEX-5 is still going strong. Although there are not much specs, it was mentioned that it sports the same 16.2 MegaPixel sensor as Sony Alpha A55 DSLR.

On this picture, you can also see a new flash. Not sure when this model will be released but it seems to be near.
