Apple has rolled out iOS 4.2 Beta 2 to iPad and iPhone developers. It is just less than 3 weeks that they roll out iOS 4.2. Now, they started to roll out iOS 4.2 Beta 2. No information on what has changed but Engadget has reported that the new iOS 4.2 Beta is less buggy based on their few minutes of use.
