Engadget had a quick spin on iOS 4.2 Beta on iPad. As of this moment, iOS 4.2 Beta is for developers only. It is nice to see and hear that multitasking and etc are working fine.

One significant changes, according to Engadget, is that the switch that is used to freeze the orientation has now become a mute switch (just like an iPhone) and the orientation control is now on the music and button widget. I don’t know why the video is not playing at Engadget’s website. Anyway, Here is the video
