An Android Forums member decided to do a quick test on his HTC EVO 4G before returning his spoilt unit. There is no mention of how his unit becomes defective. That is not the point. The point is that he took some time to torture that unit with razor, keys, coins and screw. Watch the torture in full view.

Apparently, the unit survived the tests but in the forum, he states that there are minor scratches. Here is another video of him showing off the “results” of the torture.
BTW, someone suggested that he test the camera and he really did. Too bad, the camera lens got scratched (as expected). Hopefully, next time, HTC change the screen to those Gorilla screen.
