Fuel Cell Charger with Removal Catridge Can Charge Anything

MTI Micro has thought ahead of the crowd by introducing a universal fuel cell charger that uses disposable catridge to charge devices. While many of the phone company are toying on the idea of using fuel cell on mobile phones, MTI Micro decided to start ahead by bringing in a charger.

It is called a universal charger because it can provide the juice to any device with USB input. The juice is a removal and disposable catridge that can provide 25 watt-hours of power. That translates to about 10 full charges for a handphone.

BTW, this device is not for sale yet. It is in the prototype phase and the earliest it can roll out, according to MTI Micro is end-2009. Hopefully, there are no copycats or more advance models that may come out.
