Finally, somebody has made it happen. HTC HD2 can now run Android 2.1 (Eclair) or 2.2 (Froyo). And if you choose Android 2.1, you can even get HTC Sense running. Watch the two video of them working (not perfect).

I think this might be the best HD2 advertisement for HTC, a HD2 with shattered screen that can still work. Apparently, this is accidental. A TV Talk host was given a HTC HD2 for review and while talking, he left it on the roof of his car and drive off. When he realized that the phone is missing, he retraced his route and guess how is the condition of the HD2.
