Check Out Zalora.sg, the Online Shopping in Singapore

Finally, an online shopping portal that sells branded goods and right here in Singapore. Check out Zalora.sg. It has a wide range of brands for men, women and kids.

Zalora was launched in February and offers more than 300 brands of clothing, shoes and accessories. Here are some information from Straits Times.

Zalora was started by (from left) Singaporeans Tan Wee and Chris Feng, and South Korean Steven Kim. It operates out of a warehouse in Ubi Road 1 with scores of full-time and part-time staff. As things are still getting started, handwritten pieces of paper mark out the area of each business group.

But don’t expect the price of the items to be cheap. They are similar to retail pricing except that you can choose them from the comfort in front of the computer and Zalora delivers the item free (with terms and conditions).

    Zalora has extremely bad customer service!! Received the wrong item, asked for an exchange, told me no stock availability, gonna process refund.. 3 months later .. not only no refund… told me they never receive one of the items!!

    Atrocious customer service! I made a purchase from Zalora.sg and it wasn’t delivered. All my calls and emails were unanswered, too! I have no idea what happened to my order.
