Microsoft has finally completed its acquisition of Skype. It was not cheap at USD 8.5 billion. Skype CEO, Tony Bates, becomes president of the Microsoft Skype Division and will report directly to Steve Ballmer. It will be interesting to see how Skype can integrate into Microsoft products.
