Apple iPhone OS 3.1 Beta for Developer Available
Just a barely 2 weeks after the release of iPhone OS 3.0, Apple is already letting the Developer community have a taste of OS 3.1 Beta and also the SDK. If you are a Developer, you should be already gotten this information. Not sure what is the changes made. (source)
