The winners are out. Microsoft has announced the Imagine Cup 2012 winners. Fellow Singaporean Joshua Sim has taken the 3rd spot on the IT Challenge category. Ukrainian team took the top spot with their “Enable Talk” device that recognize sign language patterns and translate to audio on a Windows Phone.
