Sounds confusing? Why would companies using Google Android OS need to pay Microsoft for licensing fees? Obviously, it seems that there are infringement of patents on Android. BTW, HTC pay up and proof that they can be good friends with Microsoft with a media release.

Gizmodo Editor House Raided for Lost iPhone Prototype Saga
Gizmodo got another high profile appearance again. This time for the wrong reason. According to Engadget, Gizmodo editor, Jason Chen’s house was raided by REACT (Rapid Enforcement Allied Computer Team) with regards to the lost iPhone prototype.
McAfee to Reimburse Repairs for DAT Update 5958 Incident
Remember the McAfee DAT Update 5958 incident. It had affected thousands and thousands of computer worldwide. Now, they are cleaning up their act (which I think is good) by offering “reasonable expenses” reimbursement.
