Google announces the launch of the Google Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, Pixel 9 Pro Fold, Pixel Buds Pro 2, Pixel Watch 3 (41mm, 45mm) in an event today.
And I am so happy that Singapore is getting all of them. Here are the availability and pricing information

I love this Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Although it states that it has IPX8, it is not waterproof or dust proof. Here is an excerpt from the specs.
Designed to comply with water protection rating IPX8 under IEC standard 60529 when each device leaves the factory but the device is not waterproof or dust proof. The accessories are not water resistant. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and diminishes or is lost over time due to normal wear and tear, device repair, disassembly or damage. Phone is not drop/tumble proof and dropping your device may result in loss of water/dust resistance. Damage from drops, tumbles, slips and other external forces are not covered under warranty. The Pixel Buds Pro 2 finally has its own chip – A1. And it is smaller in size but not compromising battery life.
Finally, on the last note, Google is really pushing Gemini (new Google AI assistant) to everyone. For example, every Pixel phone comes with Gemini Nano. You can subscribe for a full version, Gemini Advance, for more features. And they are also introducing Gemini Live which I believe is part of the subscription. I think Gemini Live is very interesting. You can converse with the AI assistant and even use the camera to point at something for this Gemini Live to talk about it.
