Apple today announces the latest iPad Air with 2 sizes and the iPad Pro with a shining M4 chipset. And it also announced the reduction of the pricing for the current iPad.

There are other announcements like the new Apple Pencil Pro, a new app (Final Cut Camera) for iPhone (iOS) and iPad (iPadOS) that can be used to control and manage 4 cameras (on iOS) on the iPad. They also announced the updated version of Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro.

iPad Air: Now Available in Two Sizes

The redesigned 11-inch iPad Air is super-portable, perfect for getting work done on the go. For users who want a larger display, the new 13-inch iPad Air offers 30 percent more screen real estate than the 11-inch model. The expansive display gives users more space to capture their ideas in apps like Freeform, or view multiple apps using Split View in iPadOS. Landscape Front-Facing Camera

In the redesigned iPad Air, the front-facing Ultra Wide 12MP camera is now located along the landscape edge. The new iPad Air is designed with the environment in mind, including 100 percent recycled aluminium in the enclosure, 100 percent recycled rare earth elements in all magnets, and 100 percent recycled gold plating and tin soldering in multiple printed circuit boards. The new iPad Air meets Apple’s high standards for energy efficiency, and is free of mercury, brominated flame retardants, and PVC. The packaging is 100 percent fibre-based, bringing Apple closer to its goal to remove plastic from all packaging by 2025.

New 10-core CPU

M4 has a new up-to-10-core CPU consisting of up to four performance cores and now six efficiency cores. GPU Brings New Capabilities to iPad Pro

The new 10-core GPU of M4 builds upon the next-generation graphics architecture of the M3 family of chips.
