This post is for those (like me) who have not taken the TraceTogether token. If you are too busy, or too lazy to collect it from the many collection booths, you can now request it to be sent to your home.

Currently, the Singapore Government is encouraging more people to collect the TraceTogether (TT) token so that when they scale back the physical booth collection points, there will be lesser complaints.
Coming soon, the Government will deploy more vending machines for TT token replacement and scale back on booths manned by people. As Singapore is moving towards COVID-19 as an endemic (instead of a pandemic), certain areas need to be re-calibrated to free out manpower. TT app or token is something important (currently) to identify close contacts. Therefore, efforts have been put in to ensure that Singapore residents can get the TT token easily.
Of course, the collection is not compulsory as you can still use the TraceTogether app on your mobile phone as it has similar features. This post is about how you can get the physical TraceTogether token sent to your home easily.
How to Get Your TraceTogether Token by Post
- First, you need to go to this website.
- Log in using your SingPass (seems that it is the only way).
- Once done, you will need to verify your details registered officially in the National database (see below). Do note that you cannot change the address.

- Once you click submit, you will get this message. It might take up to 2 weeks for it to be delivered to you by post. I am currently waiting for it.

Happy waiting and stay safe!
