Update: Sorry for the confusion. There are two LG watches described below – LG Watch Urbane and LG Watch Urbane LTE.
Recently, LG has revealed a teaser of its upcoming smart watch, LG Watch Urbane. There isn’t any details on the specs. Looking at it, many may think that it is running on Android Wear. Surprisingly, today I received the information that it is NOT.

This is something new. Currently, we are not sure what it is running but WebOS seems to be a good speculation point. If this is the case, I am thinking that it may be able to integrate with the LG Smart TVs that are based on WebOS.
From The Verge, there might be a variant that has LTE connectivity. And it will have feature like Talk over VoLTE without the need for a phone and “walkie-talkie” feature.
The battery is also bigger than current LG G Watch. At 700mAh, it is about 1.7 times bigger. The Watch Urbane will also have NFC, Smart Wallet functionality and the usual sensors.
Update: The LG Watch Urbane LTE is running on an OS that is NOT Android Wear. However, the LG Watch Urbane is running on Android Wear. Confuse? Me too!

Here is a specs sheet of the LG Watch Urbane LTE
From my understanding, the LTE variant will only be sold in Korea (at first? Maybe). And here is a link (translated to English by Google) on more information of this LG Watch Urbane LTE.

Here is the teaser. (Update: From the teaser, it is NOT the Urbane LTE but should be the Urbane with Android Wear).
