In future, human will be assisted by robots. And in future, expensive robots will be assisted by little robot helper to path a way or to warn it of any danger. This might sound ridiculous but it is already on-going.

Check out this little robot helper in a simulated condition. It is trying to warn the main robot that the floor is slippery. Looks like a pet to the robot. Very cute.
