Nokia Android Phone with Dual SIM almost ready?

Looks like the rumors of Nokia Normandy, a handset without physical buttons, is going strong. Evleaks has tweeted a picture showing the alleged handset with the screen turned on. Previously, it only showed the handset without the screen turned on. BTW, the OS might be Android overlayed with Nokia UI.

Of course, please treat these information with a pinch of salt. Microsoft has already bought over (or in the process of buying) Nokia. By right, Nokia should not make a phone with other OSes other than Windows Phone OS. However, from different sources, Nokia might in fact has a team to concentrate on a phone with some differences from Windows Phone.

Judging from the picture, you will not be surprised if Nokia announced something soon. It might, in the end, be another Asha-type phone for the emerging markets. And since it has dual SIM card, it might be targeted to certain region/countries only.
