Vine is now on Windows Phone 8. Seems like Microsoft is really playing “catch-up” for popular apps. Anyway, Vine is a video app (from Twitter) that allows you to record 6 secs of video. It was ok before Instagram started its video feature.

I have not used it on Windows Phone 8 yet but I guess it should have the basic features. Here are the features described: –
