It seems that a lot of leaks originated from Vietnam nowadays. Here is one that says that it is a Samsung Galaxy S III (prototype?) with ICS. According to the video with English translation, this might NOT be the look of the end product.
Many comments are claiming that it is not Samsung Galaxy S III. I think one of the reasons is that it does not look “interesting”. However, as mentioned in the video, this might be a common plastic looking cover for the S III. Enough said, here is the video.
