Skyloft is now open at iFly at Sentosa. I had a great time when I visited iFly last year. Now with the opening of Skyloft, there are more reasons to visit them again. Check out the menus after the break.

iFly Singapore opens rooftop bar and restaurant SkyLoft
Rising above the sandy beaches and attractions on Sentosa, SkyLoft at iFly Singapore offers a picturesque view of the South China Sea as you take in the sight of ships in the far end of the horizon. As night falls, the lights on the façade of the iFly Singapore building accentuate the gem that is SkyLoft. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is your escape, your loft.
It is a sight to behold as you sip on your Mojito and drink in the view from the roof terrace of the world’s largest indoor skydiving wind tunnel. And if you are lucky, you can also catch the nightly Sentosa’s Songs of the Sea, a mesmerizing show with a live cast and stunning pyrotechnics.
SkyLoft is iFly Singapore’s latest entertainment offering, following the successful launch of its wind tunnel last year. The cuisine is modern European with an interesting fusion of Italian, French, British and Asian inspired creations. One of its house specials is the iPlatter which comprises foie gras terrine, bambini bocconcini skewer, cod pillow, honey chicken wings, sliced parma ham, cheese and toast.
Mussel lovers have a choice of having their mussels done in seven different ways, including Mussels@Sky which is mussels cooked in white wine and chicken essence, Drunken Mussels in Kronenbourg beer and Black Pepper Mussels in homemade black pepper sauce.
Mr Lawrence Koh, Founder and Managing Director of iFly Singapore said: “With iFly Singapore, we have succeeded in giving people the chance to fly and experience something that is totally out of the ordinary – exciting and exhilarating. With the launch of SkyLoft, we have now expanded our business beyond adventure sports and entertainment to F&B. This is a fantastic opportunity for friends, couples, birthday parties, as well as corporate events where people can come in and fly in the world’s largest wind tunnel, before enjoying an excellent meal with a view at Sky Loft.
“We have also kept prices affordable. Our dishes cost between $10 and $30 and are great for sharing, whether it’s pasta, pizza, chicken wings or mussels. At the end of the day, we just want our customers to have a great dining experience.”
For those who enjoy a good drink or two, there is a resident mixologist to ensure that everyone is kept happy and in the right spirits. SkyLoft boasts a full bar with exclusive beer, champagne, whiskey and vodka brands.
Be entertained with SkyLoft’s in-house disc jockey, DJ Es, spins a line-up of music across different genres nightly, with live performances by local bands like Jack & Rai, Shirlyn & the UnXpected and 53A taking centre stage from Thursday through Saturday, as you chug down your pint of ice cold beer.
SkyLoft is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 4:00pm to 2:00am. Brunch is served every Sunday with operating hours running from 10am to 10pm. SkyLoft has a total indoor and outdoor seating of 250pax and is also available for corporate and private events.
