Ex-Employee Sued by Company for Keeping Twitter Followers (Video)

If you are an employee of a company and you maintain a Twitter account for company usage during your stay, do you give up the account after you resign from that company?

It seems that it is better to give up. Noah Kravitz left his company Phonedog.com with 17,000 Twitters followers. He continued to use the Twitter account until he was being sued for US$340,000 for a period of 8 months with US$2.50 for each follower per month. However, he told the New York Times that he was given the permission to continue to use the Twitter account after he left the company.

So, what do you think? Do you continue to use the same Twitter account for a former company? Would like to hear your view.
