Robotic Bear Pillow Disrupt You from Snoring (Video)

This can only be 1st world problem. A robotic bear pillow is specially design to maul you with its paw when you snore. It detects the snoring via the built in mic and it has a very cute sidekick that cuddle your hand to monitor your blood oxygen level.

This Jukusui-Kun (Deep Sleep) Robotic Bear Pillow is targeting at more than 2 million patients who suffer “Sleep Apnea Syndrome” in Japan. As I had mentioned, it has a cute side kick. In fact, it is a pulse oxygen meter. When oxygen decreases and the mic also detects high decibel of noise, it will activate the bear’s hand or paw to gently touch the sleeper face so that he/she can turn away to reduce or stop the snoring. Here is the sidekick.

And to prevent wires from the sleeper, they develop a cordless technology (by means of a copper sheet) to communicate with the human body.

Here is the video to show you how it works.
