Lenovo has never had a Windows Phone. However, these pictures might be their first. Not much details except that it shows a Windows Phone Mango OS (WP7.5).
Here are some more pictures. I am not sure if there is a front facing camera or not. Many times, ambient sensors are mistaken as front facing camera. I am not going to speculate here.
