RIM Founder, Mike Lazaridis apologizes on a video about the recent (on-going and hopefully coming to an end) outage on BlackBerry services. It has affected Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa. I did not hear anything in Singapore. Thankfully, we are spared.
In the video, he did not or could not provide a timeline on the full recovery but hey, he is very sincere about it. Here is the video.
