According to Windows Phone blog, Mango update is going to happen next week or two. Finally, Microsoft speaks up on a decent timeline. Every WP7 users must have been waiting for this update since a long time ago.

So, to prepare for Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, you might want to do these: –

• Update your Zune software to 4.8 (Click Here if you are using Mac Connector)
• Check the Status of the Update
• Go to Phone Settings on Zune Software after you connect the device and press update to see if there’s any Mango update. There is no OTA update for Mango. You will need to sync the phone and update via Zune software.

I am excited about the update. How about you? BTW, for those who had done previous unofficial updates, you might want to revert it using the backup so that your phone can update the software properly.
