Thanks to SingTel for the invite to the Most Checked-In party at Zouk on Friday (15th July 2011). It was more like a friends gathering for me, as I met so many of my friends there.
The first 500 fans were able to get a special RFID tag to update SingTel’s Facebook Wall. To do this, we have to authorize it at the counters.
I checked my Facebook privacy settings and found that this app actually access quite a number of things. Sorry SingTel, I have removed this app.
Anyway, back to the event. There were two queues. One for the SingTel fans and one for VIPs. Actually both will be accessing the same area (except that VIPs can go to 2nd level for some private corners).
After registration, fans can pose on the Facebook wall and this photo will be uploaded to SingTel’s Facebook wall.
A mascot is also there for some pictures taking opportunity while fans register.
The walkway is decorated with HTC, SingTel and Android logos.
Once inside, I guess one of the hot “favorites” is the Ben & Jerry free flow of ice cream.
And there are stations where you can play some games. They have Angry Birds, UFO catcher and etc. Beside each station, there is a RFID reader that can help to post onto SingTel Facebook Wall. Here is Shn Juay at one of the station.

And throughout the night, there are games and quiz for fans to participate and win some prizes.
One of the favorite mascots for the night is of course these Android robots.

As the fans get warmed up with the games, beers and companion, you can see more people mingling with the mascots.
Even the mascots are talking among one another.
And the night ends with a hug of the pig from Angry Birds.
