Ok, there might not be a iPhone 5. According to the latest rumor, the new iPhone will be called a boring name of iPhone 4s. Seriously, given the history of iPhone, this might be true. From the original iPhone to iPhone 3G to iPhone 3Gs and to the current iPhone 4, it seems logical. iPhone might not come out something with a big difference and that might be the reason why the rumor of it calling iPhone 4s.
It seems that every 2 years, Apple will have a major update. Looking at the history: –
iPhone to iPhone 3G – from 2G to 3G network
iPhone 3G to iPhone 3Gs – Faster. Slight improvement but not much on outside
iPhone 3Gs to iPhone 4 – Front Facing camera, faster processor, better display.
So, I guess this new “iPhone 4s”, if it is called, might just end up having a new iOS version, dual core processor and a better front or bad back facing camera. The rest might just remain unchange.
