China’s MapWorld has been around for a while and according to Engadget, it has recently dropped its Beta tag. What we have is something similar to Google Maps. But I guess as it is maintained by State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, it should be more accurate.

From the Chinese menu, you can actually change the city names to English. And you can search in English  too. As for 3D Maps, you will need to use Internet Explorer (IE) and install a plugin. It behaves like Google Maps but at lower resolution. It was mentioned that there are some 3D buildings but I have yet to see them.
