It is barely a day after Apple annouces iOS 4.2.1 to iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch users and the word is that it can be jailbroken, thanks to the Dev-Team.

According to the Dev-Team Blog, this version will need a computer to boot up again if it loses power or needs to reboot. So, if you are uncomfortable, stay away from this jailbreak (for now).
