If you still have hope that Sony Ericsson is serious about updating it Xperia X10 series of handsets, you may like to hear this news. Sony Ericsson is going to roll out the update From Sunday, European time.

According to their blog,

So far I have received confirmation that the generic kits for the Nordic countries will be the very first ones out on Sunday evening and then there will be more kits coming already during Monday and then the roll-out will continue throughout the month of November.

So, I wonder if this is just another way for Sony Ericsson to tell the customers that they are fulfilling their promise to roll out the update by end-October. In either way, I hope that the update could live up to the expectation of every users. I have heard good things about this update.

BTW, the blog post stressed that it will update it phases with various kits from various areas. That means the roll out will continue throughout the November period. So, don’t get paranoid if you cannot get them within these few weeks.
