Samsung Galaxy Tab to Cost Cheaper in US than in Europe?

I had attended IFA 2010 for the past 3 days and got the same information from blogger friends that Samsung Galaxy Tab is selling at 799 Euro for 16GB (I actually asked the promoter at the show). However, it seems that Engadget has news that Galaxy Tab will be cheaper.

From Engadget,

Early reports indicate Europe will pay a pretty penny for Samsung’s Galaxy Tab, but the 7-inch tablet may cost a good bit less when it comes to US shores

So, what is the actual pricing? BTW, I saw at Vodafone booth, there are a lot of Samsung Galaxy Tab around. So, if you are on Vodafone, remember to watch out for the package (if any).
