Japan Surgeon Uses iPad to Assist in Surgery – Video Within

A surgeon in Japan is using Apple iPad to assist them in surgery. There is not much details. Amazing things is that the IPS touch screen on the iPad is still so sensitive with a layer of protection and the latex gloves.

It seems that the function of the iPad is a secondary monitor for the endoscope. How it is done, I am not sure. Enjoy the video (a bit gross).
