iPhone OS 4.0 Beta 2 is out even though the first OS 4.0 is not yet release to users (only to developers). According to Engadget, their iPhones with the new iPhone OS 4.0 gets buggier over the time. They hope that this Beta 2 version can eliminate or at least resolve some of the bugs.
